After experiencing some of the hottest days in over 30 years, you’ll definitely need something to chill you out.
Our frozen mango and coconut protein ice cream can be made in seconds and stored in your freezer for an ice cold protein treat on those hot summery days.
Coconut milk reduced fat (200g)
Frozen mango (180g)
Truvia sweetener (½ teaspoon – 2g)
Serves: 2 small whips or 1 generous serving!
How to make:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 20 seconds or so.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Sprinkle with a pinch of desiccated coconut for decoration.
Reduce or increase liquid amount for desired thickness
Note: to make a skinny version drop the coconut milk and replace with coconut water.
