Breakfast is the most important meal of the day but we know you don’t always have the time to make a healthy and nutritious dish first thing in the morning before heading to work!
The great thing about overnight oats is that they can be made the night before (clue’s in the name!) and left in the fridge until you’re ready to eat.
So, whether you’re looking for something quick, healthy and protein-packed for post-workout recovery, something to fill you up in the morning or even something to take with you and pop in the fridge at the office, this simple overnight oats recipe is the perfect option!
Chosen milk (200ml)
Porridge oats (35g)
1 scoop Prana Protein Chocolate Vegan Blend (30g)
2 dessert spoons Prana Protein Chia Seeds (10g)
1 teaspoon of agave nectar
Chopped banana, fruit and nuts for decoration
How to make:
Mix together the milk, oats and chia seeds
Place in a container and cover
Place in refrigerator and leave overnight
Spoon into bowl and serve with fruit and nuts
Eat hot or cold
Serves one large bowl or 2 small
