Looking to bring the summer sun into your protein shakes? We’ve got an easy fruity recipe for you!
Use our Unflavoured Vegan Protein (made with a blend of soya and pea protein and packed with 80% protein!) or if you’re not following a vegan diet, try it with our NEW Berry Whey Protein to make it even fruitier!
Frozen fruits of the forest (175g)
Unsweetened almond milk (200ml)
1 banana (90g)
1 scoop Prana Protein Unflavoured Vegan Protein Blend (30g)
1 teaspoon Truvia sweetener (5g)
How to make:
Set aside some of your frozen berries for decoration and allow to defrost.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 20-30 seconds.
Pour into a bowl or glass and serve.
Decorate with your leftover defrosted fruit.
Reduce or increase liquid amount for desired thickness.
Serves 2, or make 1 generous serving!
