Give it a try for your next breakfast.
Cold coffee (200ml)
Golden syrup/sweetener of choice (1 tablespoon)
Prana Protein Chia Seeds (100g)
Vanilla yoghurt (50g)
Flaked almonds to decorate
How to make:
Combine the coffee, milk, chia seeds and syrup in a container.
Cover and leave to soak for a minimum of 2 hours (preferably leave overnight).
Spoon into glasses, top with vanilla yogurt and decorate with almonds
Makes 3-4 servings.
